2. Check the fit of the plunger pair. If the plunger can slide slowly under its own action when the plunger is tilted about 60°, it means that the fit is good.
3. Check the tightness of the plunger pair to see if the plunger pair needs to be replaced.
4. Check whether the auxiliary pressure reducing ring belt of the oil outlet valve is worn out and there are steps or scars, and then replace the auxiliary pressure reducing ring belt of the oil valve according to the seriousness of the situation.
5. Check the gap between the plunger flange and the groove of the control sleeve to ensure that it is between 0.02mm and 0.08mm. If it exceeds 0.12mm, the control sleeve needs to be replaced.
